LTL Shipment Receiving Guide
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Review the email to ensure all information is correct.
Shipment Scheduling: The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. Ensure you provide accurate contact information for seamless communication.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email. Use this number to monitor the status of your shipment online.
Pre-Delivery Preparation: Clear the area where the delivery will take place. Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
Delivery Day: The driver will call ahead to confirm the delivery window. Someone must be physically present to inspect the shipment for any damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Inspection and Acceptance: Inspect the product thoroughly for any visible damage. Note any issues on the delivery receipt before signing. Before signing for the delivery, you must inspect all items and note any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt. DO NOT SKIP PRODUCT INSPECTION. Some helpful inspection tips are below:
The delivery driver must wait for you to finish inspecting your shipment, so please take your time and inspect everything thoroughly. We realize that the delivery drivers are often in a rush, but make them wait an extra 5-10 minutes while you inspect everything!
Post-Delivery: If you notice damage after the delivery, contact customer service immediately. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

- Items such as dock floats and dock boxes are more vulnerable to forklift damage, so please check them carefully.
